Chris Brown Lists West Hollywood Condo for $1.89 Million

Chris Brown's neighbors must be thrilled. After nearly a year of complaints about the R&B singer's bad behavior, he has finally put his three-bedroom, four-bathroom West Hollywood condo up for sale for $1.89 million — $300,000 more than what he paid for it last February.

Brown's neighbors claim that during his short stay in the building, he played loud music late at night, raced dogs up and down the halls, parked his many cars in handicapped spots that did not belong to him, and even carved his initials on an elevator door. The bad boy's response? All of the allegations were just a "way to continue the bs" about him.

The 3,000-square-foot condo, located near Sunset Boulevard, is pretty impressive for the price. In addition to the three spacious bedrooms, it also has an office, kitchen with Ceasarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances, bamboo flooring, high ceilings, a balcony with fantastic views of West Hollywood, and two parking spaces in the underground garage.

In August, the homeowners association claimed it was going to send a letter to the 23-year-old singer's probation officer charging that he was violating the terms of his probation (from his beating of Rihanna in February 2009) with his behavior. After months of back and forth in court, Brown eventually moved out in November and into a $1.5 million bachelor pad in Hollywood, which one former neighbor told TMZ they were "ecstatic" about.
