Carly Rae Jepsen: ‘XXX photos’ stolen from computer, report says

For the second time in a week, Carly Rae Jepsen has allegedly been caught on film showing more skin than she'd probably like. The "Call Me Maybe" singer has denied that still photos from a sex tape starring her posted on Perez Hilton's blog on Monday were her. But now, TMZ is reporting that the 26-year-old Canadian pop star's computer was hacked and what the website describes as "XXX photos" were stolen. The cybercrime reportedly happened in March, and the Vancouver Police Department was notified. As the department confirms to the website, an investigation is ongoing "in regards to a theft of electronic property belonging to Jepsen." Police already have a suspect, who faces prison time if convicted.

Despite the scandals, this year has been an exceedingly good one for Jepsen! Her infectious track was No. 1 for the seventh week in a row on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this week, breaking the record of six weeks held by another solo female artist — Lady Gaga. On Sunday, she performed at the Teen Choice Awards 2012, where she also snagged surfboards for Choice Breakout Artist and Choice Song of the Summer. Jepsen dropped a new video, "Good Time," featuring Owl City, on Tuesday. She posted on Twitter Wednesday that she planned to work on her new album, which is set to hit stores in the fall, with producer Max Martin — who's worked with Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and Pink. "Just went for a beautiful early morning walk here in Sweden," Jepsen wrote. "Working with Max later today. Feeling lucky. <3"
