Vanessa Lachey shares a photo of her bare pregnant belly

Although Nick and Vanessa Lachey have six weeks to go before they welcome their first child, they have already shared a family portrait with the world.

On Wednesday, Vanessa posted a photo of her bare pregnant belly on Twitter. In the picture, she and Nick are smiling and they both have their hands on her stomach.

"My happiness… My family!" Vanessa, 31, wrote with the photo. "Ahhh, my boys!"

The baby is due on September 6, reports In Touch. "It's crunch time," a friend of the couple told the magazine.

But make no mistake — the Lacheys are ready to be parents! The couple, who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, already selected a name for their boy. "We've been yelling it around the house. Nick and I love it," Vanessa recently told People. But it's secret until he arrives. "We are going to tell him first, and then introduce him to the world after he knows his name."

Although Nick and Vanessa are enjoying this time before the baby arrives to put the finishing touches on the nursery and to make sure they have everything set for the delivery, they are also eager for the baby to make his debut. "We're just excited to move onto the next phase and meet this little guy," Nick, 38, told Us Weekly. "You see him in sonograms and you feel him move — you just want to meet him! Hurry up and get out of there!"

While appearing on the talk show "Bethenny" last month, Vanessa opened up about her one growing concern related to her pregnancy — having her innie belly button become an outie. "Everyone's belly button is different," Vanessa told show host Bethenny Frankel. "Some women's belly buttons pop and some women's [don't]. I thought, 'Oh, I wouldn't mind if it popped because then it would be like the turkey's done, right?' And it's cute. But my stylist was like, 'You don't want that to pop. That's like having a third nipple!'" Now, "Every time I sneeze, I hold my belly button in. For some reason, I think I'm going to sneeze it out."

Kidding aside, Vanessa added, "I love everything about being pregnant. It's empowering as a woman to be able to go through this process and create a human being."
