Goddess: Celebrity Moms and DadsTori and Dean’s Fresh Start
So many celeb couples are renewing their marriage vows these days -- Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, Fergie and Josh Duhamel, and, of course, the uber-hot Heidi Klum and Seal -- that such ceremonies are dangerously close to becoming the modern equivalent of a Kabbalah bracelet. You know, all of Hollywood is in on the trend, but no one really knows what it means.
But, refreshingly, reality TV's Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott appear to be taking their reaffirmed commitment very seriously. After over-sharing about the problems in their marriage during the last few months, the "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" stars said "I do" for the second time Saturday in Beverly Hills. On Monday, they spent some quality time together as a family, taking their tots Liam, 3, and Stella, who turns 2 next month, to an LA park. Mom and dad were all smiles as they rode bikes and walked around with their babies.
Tori posted the following message about her 4-year marriage to her blog on Tuesday: "Love is the ultimate dream. It made me realize that Dean and I need to find our way back to that. He's my soulmate and he's worth the work involved in making a relationship work and therefore grow. I'm up for the task. And my partner Dean is ready to do the work [too]. We look forward to rebirth and growth together."
Of course, it'll take much more than sweet words to keep the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress and her hubby happily married forever after, but it's good to see them working on it. We're pulling for you, guys!
