Goddess: Celebrity Moms and DadsRebecca Gayheart’s Growing Baby Bump
Actress Rebecca Gayheart was spotted Wednesday running errands in Beverly Hills, and the expectant mom looked like she was nesting -- picking out some shag rugs that may just have been for the baby's nursery. Glowing in a pretty polka dot top, Gayheart later took a break from shopping to catch up with a friend for lunch at Hugo's in West Hollywood.
Gayheart, and her husband, "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric 'McSteamy' Dane only confirmed the baby news in November, yet the actress looks pretty far along, and is rumored to be due in late winter. She recently told In Touch magazine, "We've always wanted to be parents. I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I'll be a good mom. We're absolutely looking forward to it!" She also shared some of her pregnancy health tips: "I'm doing yoga, and I'm walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour. I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein."
Hopefully this good news will distract from the recent legal dramas the couple have been going through regarding their "naked" tape. MediaPost.com reports that a U.S. District Court Judge, George Wu, ruled on Monday that Dane and Gayheart can't recover statutory damages for alleged copyright infringement because they had not registered the copyright to the video before Gawker posted a clip on the Defamer blog. The decision limits Gawker's liability if the actors prevail on their infringement claim. Bummer.
