Goddess: Celebrity Moms and Dads‘Mad Men’ Mom January Jones Shows Off Baby Xander
January Jones, 34, had her hands full Monday as she carried her 4-month-old son Xander while running errands and grabbing something sweet to sip at Jamba Juice in L.A. The two were both casually dressed, with the actress sporting a striped T-shirt tucked into jeans, and her little guy in dark pants and a white shirt and bib.
Fans of AMC's "Mad Men" will soon see more of Jones (though sadly not Xander!) in her role as Betty Draper when the show returns after more than a year off the air due to contract negotiations. The '60s drama will be back with a two-hour Season 5 premiere on March 25, and will include what show creator and episode writer Matthew Weiner calls a "feeling of being in the midst of change" for the characters.
The question, then, is what will happen to Betty, who's moved on from the philandering Don Draper (Jon Hamm) and is now remarried. January recently revealed that regardless of what's in store for Betty, she hopes the character is more "well received" by the audience than she has been in the past.
"I find it really interesting that people think that like in seasons three and four, she's become unlikable because she's become more independent," January told E! Online. "Everybody liked Betty when she was like in a living hell in season one and two, and now they hate her."
