With just a few short months before they welcome their daughter into the world, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick spent time with their 2-year-old son Mason on Wednesday. The trio enjoyed a family lunch at Nate 'n' Al Deli in Beverly Hills, one of their favorite spots to go to. But this trip had very special meaning, according to the reality star. "Mason came with us for the first time to see an ultrasound of his baby sister, which was very exciting for all of us!" Kardashian, 32, wrote on her website on Thursday. And for her fashionista fans, Kardashian — who recently lightened her hair color — also described her outfit from head to toe. "I am wearing Hatch top, Donna Karan leggings, Chanel boots and a Celine bag," she wrote. As for her toddler, "Mason is wearing American Apparel sweater, One Up pants, Venettini loafers and vintage belt."

The family outing definitely dispels In Touch's story that Disick, 28, had moved out of their home and into a bachelor pad because he can't deal with Kardashian's pregnancy. The report adds that he isn't helping his longtime girlfriend with Mason — yet while out on Wednesday, he was the one carrying his son when he started to have a minor meltdown while walking back to their car after lunch.
