Kate Gosselin Says Her Fit Bikini Bod is ‘All Real’

Kate Gosselin is brandishing her brand-new bikini bod on the cover of People magazine.

The 35-year-old mother of eight also shows off her hard-bodied physique in a photo spread inside the magazine's latest issue. She was photographed amid the surf and sand of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she traded her seemingly ubiquitous scowl for a glowing smile.

How'd Gosselin get to look so good? She credits four months of pushing herself to the brink with rigorous daily runs, toning up without the help of a personal trainer, quick-fix diet or plastic surgery.

The reality TV mom (and tabloid target), who had a tummy tuck in 2006, says her abs are tighter now than they were post-operation. She tells the magazine, "This is not what my stomach looked like after my tummy tuck. That only got rid of the skin. It didn't build muscle or give me definition or burn off fat. I had to do that all on my own."

She dismisses rumors of Botox and further surgical enhancement. "This body is all real," she explains. "These breasts are all mine." And as for her freshened-up face, she uses an over-the-counter serum called Ole-Henriksen Life Eye Gel ("that stuff is my Botox in a jar," she says). "Isn't that a shame, though, that I start looking better and instantly it has to be something else - surgeries, something -- behind it?"

Gosselin -- who eats things like baba ganoush, raisin bran, and egg whites -- weighs around 130 pounds. In addition to the health benefits of being fit, Gosselin says she's hoping to attract a man. (Meanwhile, she slams reports that she's hooking up with bodyguard Steve Neild as "absurd." So that's not happening).

"I'm waiting for Mr. Right. It would be nice if somebody noticed me, sure! Maybe after reading all those stories about how horrible and mean I am, somebody will be brave enough to appear, but sometimes I worry I've scared the whole world away."
