They're both A-list movie stars, who somehow manage to lead a seemingly normal life with their daughters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, who will turn 3 in January. Plus, they have a third baby on the way! In the January issue of InStyle, on newsstands Friday, the actress reveals the secret to the success of their seven-year relationship.

"I don't know how or why it works as well as it does," she admits. "We both know we couldn't do what we do without each other. Ben always says, 'If you love it, we can make it happen.' He knows when to swoop in with the gesture," she continues. "He's sweet that way. Honestly, I would do anything for that man, because I know it's not taken for granted."
But the one thing Jen can't do -- even if Ben wanted really wanted her to -- is dress her baby bump up in super-slim denim. "I wish I was one of those cute pregnant girls who wear skinny jeans throughout their pregnancies, but I just gain weight," laughs the actress, who admits freely that she's been giving in to her pregnancy cravings. "I'm trying really hard to be mindful, but when I'm making the kids mac and cheese, I want it badly."
