The apple doesn't fall far from the tree -- or the tree's sister in this case. Former Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears shot a tiny tribute to big sister Britney over the weekend with a video of her 3-year-old daughter, Maddie, doing her very own rendition of Brit's hit "UpN' Down" -- along with a bit of help from a Barbie doll.
Brit introduced her niece's talent to the world via Twitter over the weekend. "OMG! Check out my niece Maddie covering Aunt Britney's Up N Down," she tweeted. "Sooooo adorable!"

Jamie Lynn, now 20, kicked up controversy in 2007 when ,at age 16, she announced she and her then boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, were expecting a baby. Her show, "Zoey 101," was subsequently canceled, but for Jamie Lynn, it was all worth it. "We're happy going about our little life," she told OK! magazine after Maddie was born.
