Anthony Kiedis’ Baby Blunder

Anthony Kiedis clearly needs a lesson in child safety. The Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman was photographed leaving a Los Angeles supermarket with his adorable 8-month-old son Everly harnessed in a Baby Bjorn. While that may be a great way to shop with an infant, Kiedis apparently doesn't know that it's not intended to be used as a child restraint in the car ... no matter how short the drive.

After grocery shopping, the singer hopped into his doorless electric vehicle without securing his baby boy in the recommended rear-facing car seat. (It looks like Kiedis didn't even restrain himself with a seatbelt!) Although I give the rocker props for driving an eco-friendly "car," his son's safety should come first. Kiedis' vehicle may not be able to exceed 25 mph, but the enormous SUVs that all Angelenos have to share the road with sure can.
