A week after announcing her split from Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens seemed to be in good spirits while celebrating her 22nd birthday over the weekend at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas. The actress -- whose birthday was actually on December 14 -- gave People a thumbs up sign when asked about her recent breakup. "We're good," she said of her relationship with her ex.
Inside the soiree, the newly single Vanessa was spotted partying it up with her BFFs Ashley Tisdale and Brittany Snow. After blowing out the candles on her three-tiered red velvet birthday cake in front of the club crowd, Vanessa and her gal pals retreated to a VIP area, where the "Sucker Punch" star reportedly let loose and was even spotted dancing on a couch. What better way to get over a breakup then to get your groove on with your girls in Sin City?
According to Haute Living, "A little after 1 a.m., the group decided to call it a night and return back to the Emperor's Suite, also known as the 'Rain Man' suite at Caesars Palace, where they continued their private party." The suite was also featured in the hit movie "The Hangover" -- let's just hope they didn't wake up to find a tiger in their bathroom in the morning!
Despite her newly single status, Hudgens told People that 2010 was a "good year" and that she has high hopes for 2011. "I have three movies coming out in the next year, so I'm excited to see what the future is going to hold."
