Taylor Swift Shops for Sweets in London

Taylor Swift is a total shopaholic. We've seen her indulging in retail therapy in Paris, New York, Beverly Hills, and London, where she once again hit the shops on Tuesday. This time, Taylor picked up several boxes of goodies at chocolatier Charbonnel et Walker.

Now I'm sure the treats would be delicious, but I suggest Taylor make them a gift for the filmmakers behind the big-screen adaption of the Broadway hit "Les Miserables." After all, she's reportedly this close to nabbing the role of the character Eponine in the project, which has already cast many well-respected thespians, such as Russell Crowe, Helena Bonham Carter, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, and Sacha Baron Cohen. The "Mean" singer was even seen meeting with the producer of the musical during her visit abroad.

While I wasn't impressed with Taylor's acting in the cheesy 2010 rom-com "Valentine's Day," in her defense, she wasn't given much to work with. I'm kind of curious what she would do with a stronger role (read: someone who does more than act ditzy and make out with "Twilight's" Taylor Lautner), like this one in "Les Mis," the classic story set in 19th century France following an ex-convict's struggle for redemption. The movie would also give her an opportunity to fall back on something she's mildly successful for doing -- singing. What do you think? Would you like to see her in "Les Miserables"?
