Guess who's birthday it is? That's right ... Joe Jonas! The "Camp Rock" hottie turns the big 1-9 today. Joe actually has a lot to celebrate this week. Not only is he about to rack up some serious gifts, but he and his brothers, Nick and Kevin, just released their highly-anticipated new album, "A Little Bit Longer," on Tuesday.

The record is poised to make a significant mark on the Billboard charts -- it might even open at no. 1! Now that would be worthy of a huge party. We haven't heard the whole album yet, but the single "Burnin' Up" is definitely one of summer's hottest songs. It's almost as hot as Joe, but not quite!
