Does Ashley Tisdale have a new man?

The actress/singer -- who's no longer with boyfriend Jared Murillo -- was spotted with a new hunk at the Santa Monica Pier over the weekend, where they took advantage of the 90-plus degree weather by the beach.

He's a little Michael Phelps-ish, but they make a cute couple. I can't shake the feeling that she would look better with his sunglasses and vice-versa!
