The celebrities Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman really wants to meet

Just a month ago, Aly Raisman was training for the 2012 Olympics in London, where she helped her teammates on the U.S. Women's gymnastics team bring home the gold medal, and earned individual medals in floor exercise (gold) and balance beam (bronze) while she was at it. Her life has changed just a little since then.

The 18-year-old Massachusetts native has traded in her daily seven-and-a-half hours worth of training sessions for lots of traveling and public appearances. Occasionally, she can even allow herself one of her favorite indulgences: cupcakes. Her schedule also regularly includes star-studded events. "We're going to go to the [MTV] VMAs September 6, so I'd love to meet Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber," Raisman reveals to omg! from Yahoo!. "I think all the girls on the team would agree with that."

Not that Raisman is looking to break up the Biebs and his girlfriend Selena Gomez. "Right now, I'm not looking for a boyfriend or anything," she notes. "I've just finished the Olympics, and I'm only 18 years old, so I'm just taking it day by day." However, Raisman has confessed that she wouldn't mind going on a date with Joe Jonas since he tweeted about the gymnastics team. (Another thing she would be open to is competing on "Dancing With the Stars," which cast fellow gymnast Shawn Johnson in 2009, if she was asked.)

At the moment, though, Raisman is just happy to be taking a breather. "I've still been working out a lot, but definitely just resting and enjoying a little bit of a break because I worked so hard basically my whole life," she says, sharing that she's also been taking on some new challenges. For example, on Thursday, she was a red carpet correspondent at the Hollywood premiere of "Bachelorette," and then on Friday, she helped needy kids from the North Hollywood, California-based charity Building Futures Inc., shop for school supplies at an Office Depot in Los Angeles. But soon, she'll return to her favorite sport for the 40-city Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions on September 8 - November 11. "I don't really know what the future holds," the high school grad admits. "I definitely want to go back to gymnastics and then I'm going to do the Kelloggs tour … maybe next year I'll go to [college]."

And it won't be long before she'll have to begin training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
