Bieber Fever Rages On

As I'm sure everyone already knows, Justin Bieber won four American Music Awards last night including Favorite Breakthrough Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, and Favorite Pop/Rock Album. To top things off, the 16-year-old became the youngest musician to ever win Artist of the Year. I know he's got a lot of young fans, but is he really deserving of that title? Is he really better than Lady Gaga and Eminem? Apparently, he is.

Wearing an outfit almost identical to that of his mentor, Usher, JBiebs was all smiles while accepting his trophy for Artist of the Year. After thanking his fans, his team, and his parents, he gave a special shout-out to Usher, who really is responsible for putting the teen sensation on the map.

"I got this opportunity about a year and a half ago and really was embraced by a man named Usher Raymond," said Bieber. "I feel like he's had such an amazing career and it would be only right if I invited him up here to share it with me. Not only my mentor, but my best friend and my big brother, I love you man." Aww...

OK, Justin seems like a sweet kid -- and I give him props for actually being able to play the piano and the guitar -- but I just don't get his appeal. I guess I have yet to catch Bieber Fever. Is something wrong with me? Even Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has it. The "Jersey Shore" star told MTV that the highlight of last night's AMAs was Justin's performance of "Pray."

What do you think? Was "Pray" the number of the night?
