Once she heard the news, the singer took to Twitter to share her joy with fans, writing, “This has been 1 of my proudest achievements & I couldn't do it without everyone! So grateful.” And it didn’t end there. The 20-year-old also posted a link to a video in which she shares her emotional reaction to topping the chart and delivers another heartfelt message to her supporters.
In the video, the brunette beauty gets choked up when trying to express her gratitude and excitement, saying, “Hey guys. So today I got some really, really exciting news. I got my first No. 1. I’ve done four records and this is the first No. 1 I’ve ever had.”
