Well, that was fast!
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have listed their 13,890-square-foot mansion in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood for $50 million.
The beautiful couple recently moved in and showed off their five-bedroom, nine-bath eco-conscious abode last fall in Architectural Digest. The house is located on about four acres of land that they purchased six years ago because of its breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
From paint color to closet size, Gisele, 33, and Brady, 36, carefully crafted their dream home
"It was important for us to plant roots for our family, and since we both enjoy the creative process, we decided to start from scratch," Brady explained.
"I like simplicity and coziness, the Brazilian bombshell shared. "I want to live in a place that feels like a real home, where you can put your feet up on the couch and just relax."
The Patriots star added, "Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids. We built this house as a sanctuary for our family — a place where we can enjoy being together."
Tom and Gisele also have a 4-year-old son, Benjamin, and baby daughter, Vivian Lake, 1, along with 6-year-old John, Brady’s son from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
If the supermodel and quarterback get their asking price, they stand to make a pretty penny on their investment. The couple reportedly spent around $20 million on their digs.
So what do you get for your money? Oh, the usual.
A huge gym, infinity pool, waterfall, koi-filled moat, and billiard room (for starters).
In 2008, the couple reportedly paid $11.75 million for the 3.6-acre plot of land.
