Twitter quickly started blowing up with posts like this:
The 39-year-old, who was rocking a curve-hugging patterned dress, appeared to be a good mood as she watched the show, which historically has been a favorite of hers to attend.
When the runway concluded, the mom-to-be still had energy to hit the afterparty at nearby Gilded Lily, receiving a VIP lift inside from a burly bodyguard to avoid snow and ice. Still, she wisely ditched her heels, opting for a pair of Hello Kitty booties instead.
Inside, she took to the stage to perform and confirm her baby news. "I'm a mom, but I can turn it up a little!" the "Lady Marmalade" singer said before singing "Lighters Up," according to Us Weekly.
The 4-foot-11 star also paid tribute to the late Notorious B.I.G., according to the mag, telling the crowd, "It's also going to be Biggie's birthday and the anniversary of his death soon so we love you," as she rubbed her belly.
Lil' Kim, who has not revealed the identity of her baby's father, shared on a 2003 episode of VH1's "Driven" that she had been pregnant with Biggie's child but suffered a miscarriage.
Congratulations on her pregnancy news quickly rolled in on Twitter from some of her celebrity friends, including these:
