When you see Sacha Baron Cohen running naked into an elevator full of strangers in “Borat,” or dousing Ryan Seacrest with an urn of ashes on the red carpet, you might question his judgment. But once you see the stunning Hollywood Hills pad the guy’s been living in for years, you won’t question his taste in homes.

It seems now that Cohen and wife Isla Fisher have been spending more time in New York than L.A., they’re trying to sell the 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath mid-century house for $2.595 million, according to real estate website Zillow. The Los Angeles Times first reported the news.

As per the listing, the home, originally built in 1959, was completely renovated in 2004, and, according to public records, last changed hands in 2003 for $1.585 million. In addition to three bedrooms in the main house, the estate also features a detached guest suite with steam shower, beamed 22-foot ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a river-rock fireplace. Outside, the London-born Cohen – who has two kids with wife Fisher – has been able to take advantage of that L.A. lifestyle thanks to his lagoon-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, multi-level deck, and outdoor gym.

The Hollywood Hills home is by no means small – clocking in at just over 2,800 square feet – but, in addition to their NYC apartment, the couple reportedly owns another Los Angeles home, on Mulholland Drive that’s nearly double the size.

For those who might be interested in moving into the mid-century abode but don’t want to commit to a purchase, the place is also available for lease for $9,950 per month. As for whether your landlord will be a clueless guy from Kazakhstan, a flamboyant Austrian, or a camel-riding dictator, well, that remains to seen. But as long as you pay your rent on time, it probably won’t matter.
