Ryan Seacrest and Dominique Piek are heating up the South of France!

The "American Idol" host and Sports Illustrated model were spotted laughing and flirting as they spent the July 4th holiday together, and on Tuesday morning new shots emerged of the possible new couple.

Seacrest, 38, and Piek, 27, seemed relaxed as they hung out with a group of pals on board a huge yacht on the French Riviera. Seacrest wore blue swim trunks and a fedora while his date flaunted her fit figure in white short-shorts and tank top. The duo seemed smitten as they played around on the deck and went swimming off the boat.

Later on in the evening, Seacrest and Piek changed into evening gear to hit the town together. Piek looked leggy in black dress and flats, while Seacrest opted for slacks and a white button up.

Although Piek has been quiet on social media about her trip, on June 28, she tweeted:

Just last week Seacrest was spotted boating around Saint-Tropez with a brunette. While some believed it to be Piek and others just a "mystery" girl, it turned out to be Janelle Hallier, the wife of one of his good friends.

Rumors first swirled that Seacrest was seeing Piek, a South African born model, last month. She is recently out of a year-long relationship with "Star Trek Into Darkness" star Chris Pine, 32.

“She and Ryan have been out to dinner together twice in one week recently,” a source close to the South African model told In Touch.

This is the first woman Seacrest has been linked to since he and Julianne Hough ended their relationship in March after two years together.

Seacrest isn't a man with much leisure time though. On Tuesday afternoon, The Hollywood Reporter reported that budding media mogul is nearing a deal to host the new reality competition show "Million Second Quiz" on NBC this fall. The event show would premiere September 9 and take place over 12 consecutive days and nights. Most interesting, it would make Seacrest the host of shows on 3 of the 4 major broadcast networks (also, "Idol" on FOX, and "New Year's Rockin' Eve" on ABC).
