Prince Harry Talks Royal Baby, Killing in Afghanistan

After a four-month tour of duty in Afghanistan, Prince Harry returns home today and in a revealing new interview he told reporters he “can’t wait” to be an uncle.

"Obviously I'm thrilled for both of them," Harry, 28, told reporters about his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate. He also said that despite reports, he didn’t text or send a letter to the parents to be.

"I spoke to my brother and her, and they're both very well and both very happy obviously," Prince Harry continued. "I think it's very unfair that they were forced to publicize it when they were, but that's just the media for you."

So, does Prince Harry feel any pressure to settle down himself now?

"I don't think you can ever be urged to settle down," he says. " If you find the right person and everything feels right, then it takes time, especially for myself and my brother."

Prince Harry was interviewed about 10 days after news broke in December that Kate was expecting and hospitalized due to severe morning sickness, but for security reasons Harry’s remarks were kept under wraps. He has been serving as a gunner in Apache attack helicopters and admitted he has killed Taliban operatives during his most recent tour.

"If there's people trying to do bad stuff to our guys, then we'll take them out of the game, I suppose," he said. "Take a life to save a life… the squadron's been out here. Everyone's fired a certain amount."
