Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, and Justin Bartha can skip the Advil — "The Hangover Part III" debuted not in a messy rager, but with maturity and style.

The final chapter in the comedy trilogy, directed by Todd Phillips, held a red carpet premiere Monday in Westwood, California, welcoming the original cast and famous supporters. While the stunning box office success of its sequel might add pressure to the forthcoming Memorial Day weekend opening, filmmakers and ticket holders laughed throughout the screening and into an after-party constructed on a nearby open lot.

The misbehaving men of the film wind up back in Las Vegas for their last onscreen outing, so the bash went with a Caesar's Palace theme complete with performers posing as Roman statues and the casino's famous marquee looming over guests.

Ken Jeong, Heather Graham, Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg, "Glee" star Naya Rivera, comedian Kevin Nealon, and director Michael Bay mingled at the Samsung Galaxy-hosted fete, snacking on antipasti and tuna hors d'oeuvres while Patron popsicles were circulated.

"I'm never happy," director Phillips confessed to omg! when we asked if he was satisfied with the crowd's response to the film, "but I'm so glad it's finally here."

Cooper made an appearance with straightened hair (he's currently rocking a perm for a new David O. Russell project) and a vintage-style orange suit, chatting up power agent Kevin Huvane before ducking out.

Several studio types bemoaned the cast's packed international promotion schedule, which had almost all on early Tuesday flights out of L.A.

Clearly there's no time for an actual hangover when you've got to deliver the last one to the rest of the world.
