It's makes for a cute story, but unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be true.

E! Online reported Tuesday that Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie were both scheduled to fly in first class on the same British Airways flight from Los Angeles to London on Sunday night, but due to the sharp-thinking of an employee, the potentially awkward situation was narrowly avoided.

For anyone who's been living under a rock for the past 10 years, Angelina Jolie is Brad Pitt's current love and mother of his children and Jennifer Aniston is his ex-wife.

"We did not make any change to our flight plans nor are we privy to the travel plans of Angelina," Aniston's rep tells omg!. "It's just made up tabloid crap."

Us Weekly also reported the flight change, but later updated their story to include Jen's rep's denial as well.

So, there you have it ... according to Jen's rep, it's all bologna. (Note: Angelina Jolie doesn't have a rep other than her longtime manager).

Phew! Now we can all get back to more important things like speculating over when Brad and Angelina — and Jen and fiancé Justin Theroux — are each getting married.

Oh, and Jen's chicken coop. We love Jen's chicken coop. We hear the chickens actually lay golden eggs.

And be sure to check out our gallery of Jen's recent star-studded birthday bash for Justin.
