She might only be 9 years old, but she’s already been given a nickname from the first lady – “Q”! Quvenzhane Wallis, the youngest person ever to be nominated for a best actress Oscar, had a very special meeting with Michelle Obama at the White House Wednesday morning. “Q” joined the first lady and the director of “Beasts of the Southern Wild,” Ben Zeitlen, as well as 80 middle and high school students from the District of Columbia and New Orleans for a Black History Month Workshop. Along with Mrs. Obama, Wallis was happy to answer questions too … mostly about her Oscar-nominated flick.
