Lindsay Lohan has lucked out.

Although the 26-year-old still has plenty of other legal woes, she will not face charges for a Nov. 29 incident at a NYC nightclub, where she supposedly hit a woman.

The Los Angeles Times reports that powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing the woman, a psychic named Tiffany Mitchell, says Mitchell is "very disappointed" the district attorney has decided not to prosecute LiLo.

"Tiffany had two witnesses who spoke to the district attorney and corroborated what Tiffany alleged to have occurred," Allred told the newspaper, adding that her client is considering a civil lawsuit. "It appears that the district attorney's office feels that the case against Ms. Lohan cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the high burden of proof required for conviction in a criminal case."

The news about the Big Apple case is particularly bright for Lohan, because of what happened earlier in the week. On Monday, she was sentenced to 90 days in lock-down rehab, 30 days of community service, and 18 months of psychological counseling for charges of reckless driving and lying to police following her June 2012 car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, California. Presiding L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Dabney noted during that sentencing that if she were charged and convicted for the nightclub incident, it could be considered a violation of her probation.

Lohan has denied that she hit Mitchell.

How long do you think it'll take for Lohan to land back in court for something else?
