They both suffered devastating losses this summer, but this past weekend it was time for a little bit of celebration.

Lea Michele was spotted heading to Jamie-Lynn Sigler's baby shower on Saturday at the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, with friend JoAnna Garcia Swisher. The 26-year-old actress looked gorgeous in a short white patterned dress, which she paired with a bright red pocketbook. Her most important accessory, however, was a glowing smile.

The shower was held at Caulfield's Bar and Dining Room at the Thompson Beverly Hills where sources tell omg! guests enjoyed mimosas, pancakes, fried chicken and cake.  Lea, Joanna, Lance Bass, and Beverly Mitchell were a few stars in attendance, with about 40 other partygoers.

"Jamie looked stunning and was showered with tons of baby gifts," one guest tells omg!. "She had a great time."

Michele certainly put on a brave face for the occasion.

"She was smiling and looked happy," another guest tell omg!. "She was having fun with her friends and was just happy to celebrate Jamie. No one really brought anything up, but Lea did tell her friends she was 'doing okay' and appreciated their support."

Sigler, 32, is due to give birth to her first child with boyfriend Cutter Dykstra, 24, this month. The couple first announced the actress's pregnancy back in February on Twitter.

Despite her heartache, Michele made the decision to push forward with work on "Glee," which heads back into production next week. Show creator Ryan Murphy turned to his leading lady for guidance on how she wanted to continue on with her Rachel Berry character in the wake of the death of her boyfriend, Cory Monteith, 31, who played her on-screen beau, Finn Hudson, on the hit show.

Monteith died of an accidental overdose of alcohol and heroin on July 13. Sigler lost her on-screen dad from "The Sopranos," James Gandolfini, on June 19 after he suffered a heart attack while in Italy.

Fox posted a 12-second memorial video to Monteith on YouTube over the weekend. The video, which ends with the slate "Corey Monteith: Forever in our hearts," teases the September 26 return of the show for its fifth season.

Fox Entertainment chair Kevin Reilly announced during Fox's TCA panel that the show would most likely conclude in spring 2015 at the end of its sixth season.
