Kirstie Alley opened up about her relationship with John Travolta during an interview with Howard Stern on Wednesday, and she admitted to falling for John in 1989 while filming "Look Who's Talking." But at the time, she was still married to Parker Stevenson. And while the two resisted acting on their feelings, the 62-year-old revealed that the attraction was mutual. When Howard asked the former "Cheers" star if she would have acted on her crush had she not been married, she replied, "We both would have."
Kirstie's feelings lasted for quite some time. She admitted, "It took me years to not look at John as a romantic interest." And while the former co-stars may have once had a romantic interest in one another, now their relationship has blossomed into a beautiful friendship. When Howard asked Kirstie what she loved about the 59-year-old actor, the outspoken actress had plenty of kind words to share. "He's a very generous person. He's very interested. If you ever talk to John, and this is genuine with him, you will become the most interesting thing that he's ever met in his life," Kirstie said. "He so wants to know who you are, what you've done. ... He's really, really interested in people. ... And he's obviously very handsome."
