The stars are on her side.
Kesha made her first red carpet appearance after completing a two-month treatment program for an eating disorder earlier this month and attended the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday night.
The "Crazy Kids" singer looked out of this world in a glittering black ball gown, which she polished off with glitzy rings and a set of strappy heels. She capped off her gorgeous look by wearing her pink and green hair in loose curls. But perhaps her best accessory of the night was her mile-wide grin. The 27-year-old performer looked happy and healthy as she smiled and posed for photographers.
Kesha, who entered an Illinois rehab center in January, announced on March 6 that she had completed her treatment and was excited to get back to her career.
The stunning star also revealed she would be dropping the trademark dollar sign from her name.
The recent changes she's made, including switching her Twitter handle from @Ke$haSuxx to @KeshaRose, seem positive and it is nice to see her back in the spotlight and looking fabulous.
Welcome back, Kesha.
