With lady love Kim Kardashian by his side and a baby on the way, Kanye West is ready to settle down — at least a little.

The outspoken rapper is still making public rants, like he did during a concert over the weekend, but he is ready to say goodbye to his bachelor pad for good. West, 35, has put his 4,124-square-foot home in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills on the market at a lower price than he's listed it before, according to real estate blog Trulia Luxe Living.

The 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom pad can be yours for a cool $3.3 million, which is almost $700,000 less than West listed it for when he first tried to unload the place in 2010. (Too bad he and Kim didn't get together then, because she could have avoided that whole Kris Humphries debacle!) According to some reports, West again attempted to sell it for $3.995 million in 2012, when he made Kardashian's place his L.A. home.

Still, if West gets his discounted asking price for the property, he stands to make a tidy profit since he paid just $1.75 million for the 3-story house in 2003, when he was still best known as a music producer. (Though we don’t know how much money he put into the place since then, and then there are realtors he’ll have to pay, of course.) The abode features modern architecture, killer views, and some pretty out-of-this world "Jetson" and "Toy Story" decorations, which, sadly, probably aren't included.

Earlier this month, Kim also got rid of her single-gal digs, selling her $4.8 million, 4,000-square-foot gated Beverly Hills villa for an undisclosed amount. Trulia reported that the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath property was never even publicly listed, but snatched up by a buyer who purchased it through an LLC.

The happy couple was expected to make their new home in a gated community in swanky Bel-Air, where they shelled out $11 million for a 14,000-square-foot pad with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in January. However, real estate blog Curbed LA reports that the house may or may not be one that Kimye is attempting to flip and sell for a profit.

So where will the high-profile couple end up? Wherever it is, we have a feeling the house will have two attributes Kim and Kanye seem to look for in a home: big and expensive.
