North West is getting an early introduction to showbiz.

Kanye West's appearance on Wednesday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" is getting a lot of buzz due to his knack for being so quotable, but it was his family that stole the spotlight behind the scenes. Kim Kardashian accompanied him to set of the Los Angeles show along with their nearly 4-month-old daughter.

Despite some drama in her personal life with her mom Kris Jenner's separation, the new mother looked like a million bucks as she arrived for the taping. The blonde was wearing a curve-hugging blue dress, which showed off her flat stomach — and the obvious hours she's been logging to shed the baby weight.

She also had on knee-high tan leather boots, and, similar to her Paris street look last month, a long overcoat.

As the 32-year-old made her way backstage, she worked her triceps, pushing her fancy Orbit Baby stroller with Nori nestled inside. While Kim recently shared a cute snapshot of the tot, this time she kept her well covered.

Having his family in tow certainly seemed to add to Kanye's confidence during the interview, during which he made amends with the talk show host after their recent rift and declared himself a "creative genius." But he talked about his family, too.

At one point while discussing fame, Kanye declared, "All I care about is my family. I care about protecting my girl, protecting my baby."

The doting boyfriend also lashed out at the committee behind the Hollywood Walk of Fame, scolding them for saying Kim was undeserving the honor because she's a reality star and not an actress or musician. He called their rules "dated."

Kim must have liked what she heard. In addition to supporting him in person, she took to Twitter and posted: "This Jimmy Kimmel interview is the truth!"

No word on what Nori thought of dad's interview (or if she was even awake for it!), but we suspect she'll be tweeting as soon as she learns to spell and will be quite the cheerleader as well.
