Joe Manganiello may not be on the market anymore, but that just means his home is.

As he prepares for his wedding to Sofia Vergara, Mr. Magic Mike XXL is giving up a huge piece of his single life: his bachelor pad. The star has listed the Hollywood Hills house, built in 1963, for $1.995 million The L.A. Times reports.

It makes perfect sense that Joe would be the one to bid adieu to his home. After all, Sofia's abode is much, much nicer. Only last April, Sofia picked up a $10.6 million Beverly Hills villa — yes, an entire villa, much like the untouchable George Clooney — so we're betting it has enough room for Joe, too. Besides, a "villa" says "committment" more than a swanky bachelor pad does.

Still, Joe's crib is no shack. The True Blood star purchased the 2,500 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bath property for $1.8 million in 2013, and it's packed with amenities from a fire pt to a pool. In fact, Redfin's listing describes the dwelling as "modern oasis." Take a look at some of the highlights:

Perfect for a bachelor. But wait — there's more! A barbecue? Check. A hot tub? Sure. A "Viking Range, sub-zero fridge?" Check! A sweet kitchen with two sinks? But of course. How else will you impress your visiting paramours?

While Joe picks out new duvets with Sofia, you can turn this into your own personal man (or woman) cave, throw down a bearskin rug, and pop open a Corona by the pool. But if even that's too much commitment for you, remember: you can always rent Leonardo DiCaprio's estate.
