Right now, at this very moment, Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer are probably telling fart jokes, talking about The Real Housewives, or throwing back cocktails.

The fact of the matter is, these two women are now friends, as we learned from the comedian's Instagram earlier today when Schumer, 34, posted photos of them on vacation together. So friendly that they're riding a Jet Ski together. So friendly that the Trainwreck funny gal felt comfortable calling J.Law, 24, a "#maniac" behind the wheel of powerful water toy.

Schumer's expression — a big, open-mouth grin — kind of says all that needs to be said about the interaction between the women. But for good measure, she posted a second photo of them hanging out on a float with a larger group of ladies… and we can just imagine Lawrence trying to rally the group for a return visit to Lisa Vanderpump's L.A. restaurant Pump, where she'll introduce them all to Giggy.

Late Thursday, Schumer added a third photo of the women and their friends doing a human pyramid.

Amy and Jen's friendship stems from a tweet, as many things do these days. At Comic-Con earlier this month, Lawrence pitched the idea of a Kickstarter to get Schumer to sign on as the next Bachelorette, which Schumer said she'd do for $1 million. Schumer later tweeted a video of herself watching Lawrence's interview, and her reaction to seeing her name come out of the Oscar winner's mouth was fantastic.

Sounds a lot like how many of Taylor Swift's friendships start, no? Though we don't expect we'll see Amy and Jen wearing matching onesies anytime soon. We imagine they bond over telling dirty jokes, pounding red wine, and shoveling popcorn into their mouths.
