Jennifer Aniston strips down in 'We're the Millers' (Warner Bros)
Jennifer Aniston may practice yoga religiously, but even the 44-year-old actress had to step up her workout regimen to play a stripper in "We're the Millers."
Justin Theroux's fiancé got a trainer and worked out an hour a day, six days a week, to get in shape for her latest role.
"Honestly it was the craziest workout,” Jen said on "Good Morning America" on Thursday. "My diet has always been pretty clean, but I think I was super, super strict, especially in terms of, I'll usually cheat once or twice a week and I just kind of didn't."
Just because Aniston whipped herself into even better shape, didn't mean everyone on set got to see her strip down.
"We didn't watch her do it — in the movie was the first time we really saw it," Emma Roberts told Yahoo! Movies. "They showed us a little at the monitor on set so we could know what we were watching, but it was pretty much a really private set when she did that."
Jennifer even joked on "The Talk" on Thursday about the extra precautions she took to make sure nothing, um, fell out while stripping down.
"I layered my underwear, like three thongs, three bras — something's going to fly out at that point. Three aren't gonna stop it," she laughed. "Yeah, it's not easy to get naked in front of other people you don't want to get naked in front of. So I commend all you strippers."
The actress also clarified (yet again) on "The Talk" that her wedding to Theroux, 41, has not been postponed.
"There was no wedding planned!" she exclaimed. "Let me just say this about that. You do all realize the majority of all those tab rags are loaded with false information. They like to create the stories because it's not interesting, the story of we're just really happy, we're in love, feel like we're married, and eventually we're going to get married when we have the time. I don't feel like there's a rush."
Jen continued: "It's a drag they have to paint this negative, horrible picture. It's just to sell magazines. It's a bummer because it's not true. I was supposed to have it in March, I think? I was like, I'd like to be part of this!"
We can only imagine how sick Jen is of the "When is the wedding?" question, but she also revealed on "Good Morning America" that isn't the question she dreads most in interviews.
"Something about family and trying to relate it to the movie with, 'Oh, if I was to have a child how many kids do I want?' And 'do I want a boy or a girl?'" the "Friends" star cringed.
Naturally, Aniston was still asked about her pending nuptials and what family means to her.
"What family means to me is the family I've chosen … and my friends and my partner are truly my family," Jen noted, adding she's "so content and happy" with where she is in life. "I surround myself with my amazing work, my amazing friends, my amazing partner, my beautiful dogs."
