In the docs obtained by omg!, Embry, who married Lynch, 53, in 2010, asks for $93,809 a month in spousal support, states the "Glee" actress's "income, investments and assets have since skyrocketed with her newfound acting success during the marriage," while Embry, a psychologist, was asked to give up her practice in Sarasota, Florida, and move to L.A. to live with Lynch. Embry estimates that Lynch makes $234,688 a month, but started with just $400,000 in savings when the duo said their vows.
According to Embry, she essentially has no income, but spends upwards of $40,000 a month, averaging $6,500 on clothes, $4,500 dining out, $12,000 on travel, and $5,000 on charity.
In addition to providing her with a monthly income, Embry also asks that the "Hollywood Game Night" host pay for $100,000 in attorney's fees, $45,000 in accountant's fees, and return a painting they purchased together in NYC that she "removed from the family residence on August 12, 2013, without [Embry's] consent and/or knowledge."

Lynch filed divorce documents in July citing "irreconcilable differences," and requested to terminate the court's ability to award Embry monetary support (though the documents state the duo separated February 7 of this year). According to her estranged wife, Lynch then stopped paying for her living expenses on August 20.
However, during an interview with Billy Bush last month, the "Glee" actress appeared to have come around to the idea of paying spousal support.
"[California] is a half and half state, as well as it should be, so that's fine," she said, adding, "It's just money."
Here's hoping she really means that! With no prenup, Lynch will likely have to pay Embry 50% of her earnings over the course of their three-year marriage.
