The 6-bedroom, 5-bedroom estate sits on a quarter acre and features dark, hardwood floors; Carrera marble in the kitchen and bathrooms; and commercial-grade stainless steel appliances. And while the backyard doesn't come with that quintessential celeb staple -- a swimming pool -- the listing notes that there's definitely room to build one.

For a 27-year-old, Conrad has a pretty nice real estate portfolio. In addition to the new place, she also owns a Beverly Hills condo (for which she paid $1.3 million last year and, according to Trulia, she's also been hanging on to another 4-bedroom pad in that seaside town where it all began … Laguna Beach.
