It’s no shock that Halle Barry is beautiful, so the fact that she's one of hip-hop’s favorite muses only seems fitting. The 46-year-old actress opened up to “omg! Insider” co-anchor Kevin Frazier at the junket for her recent flick “The Call” about being mentioned in rap songs for the past 20 years and what she thinks when she hears her name.
The bombshell is name-checked in Kendrick Lamar’s current hit “Money Trees,” was called out in Missy Elliot’s 2002 hit “Work It,” and has her own song named after her with the very fitting title of “Halle Berry (She Fine)” by Hurricane Chris.
Check out this video to hear the Oscar winner dish about what will happen when her 4-year-old daughter Nahla understands that it's her mommy they’re singing about in a song.
This is just a piece of Kevin’s interview with the gorgeous mommy. For the full interview, be sure to tune in to “omg! Insider” on TV Monday night (check your local listings).
