requested pink carpet in her concert dressing room, would demand an incredible home.
Real estate website Redfin has offered a peek at the residence the singer has shared with her husband, Nick Cannon, since they purchased it for $6.975 million in 2009. (Their twins, 2-and-a-half-year-old Moroccan and Monroe — better known as Dem Babies — moved in when they were born in 2011.) Now, the celeb couple has put it on the market for more than twice as much as they paid: $12.995 million.
For that luxe price, the buyer will get an 11,750-square-foot estate with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Of course, there are the standard perks that come along with a large abode, such as hardwood floors, high ceilings, views described in the listing as “magical,” and a formal dining room with a fireplace. Then, there are the features reserved for only the wealthiest homeowners, including a room large enough throw parties with several hundred guests, a movie theater, a basketball court, a putting green, a gym, pool, parking spaces for more than 20 cars, and a double-gate for privacy.
