If the old "Annie" song "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile" holds true, it looks like Khloe Kardashian is working on completing her wardrobe.

The 28-year-old former "X Factor" host is now sporting Invisalign clear braces to straighten out her pearly whites.

Kardashian tweeted her thanks to cosmetic dentist Dr. Kevin Sands, on May 9:

Thank you @https://twitter.com/drkevinsands">drkevinsands> for being the best dentist ever! If only we could all be put to sleep like Lamar LOL maybe next time :)

And the next day, Dr. Sands tweeted the photo pictured here of the two of them, writing: "The beautiful @KhloeKardashian stopped by, always a pleasure to have her and Lamar visit."

It's not rare for celebs to get braces later in life. Faith Hill, Tom Cruise, Nicolas Cage, Faye Dunaway, Estelle, and Gwen Stefani have all had 'em. And One Direction cutie Niall Horan sports them currently.

At least Invisalign braces are less of a commitment for Kardashian than a baby would be at the moment. She recently opened up to Redbook magazine for their June issue about her difficulties getting pregnant, insisting that she's not desperate to have a child.

"I would love to have a baby. But I'm 28, and I've been married three and a half years. I love my life, but it doesn't feel incomplete right now," she said.

Kardashian added that hormones have had a big impact on the pregnancy process for her. "It's more about my hormones being off," she continued. "I was taking hormone shots to stabilize them, and you have to take those shots consistently and they have to be done by a doctor -- you can do them yourself, but I couldn't."

The timing has also been tough due to her reality show shooting schedule: "And then after your cycle, you have to go to the doctor for ultrasounds and more testing. And if I'm in Miami and miss a treatment, I have to start all over again. It's a commitment and I don't mind doing it, but the timing was just off."
