Negative reviews and a nude photo scandal have already plagued Broadway's revival of "Breakfast at Tiffany's" – and now a scene-stealing cast member has gotten the ax.

But Emilia Clark, the "Game of Thrones" star playing the iconic Holly Golightly, can relax. They fired a cat.

The play, adapted from Truman Capote's game-changing novel, calls for a feline companion to Clark's Golightly. While the role has been mastered by a tabby named Vito Vincent – he received the majority of critical praise when compared to his human co-stars – his understudy, Montie, has been causing all kinds of trouble backstage. In fact, the second-string kitty has been downright "unruly," according to the New York Post.

"Cats are notoriously difficult – they didn't even use cats in 'Cats' – so it comes as no surprise that there had to be at least one firing during the run," a spokesman for the show told The Wrap.

"The production is saddened by Montie’s dismissal and wishes him well," added the rep while speaking with the Post.

Montie's been replaced by a cat named Moo.

Should Montie need a shoulder to cry on, we'd recommend another replaced redhead – "The Twilight Saga's" Rachelle LeFevre.
