It's been nearly five months since Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically induced coma, and the outcome for Whitney Houston's only daughter still appears grim.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate," Pat Houston said in a statement on behalf of the Houston family on Wednesday. "As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."

Last week, Bobby Brown, 46, spoke out slamming reports that his daughter was "going home to die." Both Brown and Pat Houston have been appointed co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina.

Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31. She was hospitalized and placed on life support, but moved to a rehab center in March.

In May, Cissy Houston told Entertainment Tonight her granddaughter was "not progressing at all" in rehab.

"I'd like to thank everybody who was praying. Who really knows the worth of prayer and I'm sure it'll get through," Houston said. "I'm just waiting for whatever happens. We go to the hospital every day and pray and I talk to her because she can still hear and I rub her hand. We do what we can do. The rest is… all up to Him. We know nothing about His plan… All I can do is hope for the best."

Bobby Brown has yet to comment on the latest news.
