Bethenny Frankel has weathered cat fights on "The Real Housewives of New York City," a very public — and very messy — divorce from husband Jason Hoppy, and now the Skinnygirl empress is conquering a whole new frontier: single motherhood.

The Bravo star, 42, whose eponymous daytime talk show premieres September 9, sat down with Redbook to discuss how she balances being a mom to Bryn, 3, and her ever-expanding career.

"I think that when you are with your child, you have to make sure it's quality time,” she says in the mag's October issue. "Every day, Bryn and I do at least one quality thing together and I do one thing for myself. I no longer feel guilty about taking 45 minutes for myself, because we take time for us."

While she may have mastered the art of balance when it comes to her professional and at-home life, don't expect Frankel, who underwent a nasty divorce and custody battle with Hoppy earlier this year, to be walking down the aisle any time soon.

"I don't know that I would get remarried. It's too soon to think about. But I'd listen to my gut. All through reality television, being honest, saying what's on my mind — that was my gut."

Not that she isn’t looking. Frankel cops to having a celebrity crush or two.

"I’ve always loved Taylor Kitsch since 'Friday Night Lights,'" she reveals. "Taylor's got that shy strength to him, he's sexy shy. Too young! Who else? Ryan Gosling, he's a little intense. I like that. I love Seth MacFarlane. He's funny and demented."

Her willingness to put it all out there and share with viewers is what the star thinks makes her relatable to audiences.

"On the 'Housewives' I was single, alone, broke, uncertain — I was honest about all of that instead of pretending to be something I wasn't. I think that set me apart. But I didn't do it for that reason. It's just who I am."

Read the whole interview in Redbook's October issue, which hits newsstands September 10.
