Leave it to the folks at Funny or Die to keep the Prancercise craze going!

In their new 'So You Think You Can Prance' video posted Tuesday morning, actress Beth Behrs ("2 Broke Girls") plays Joanna Rohrback, who teaches "So You Think You Can Dance" judge and former "American Idol" executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, and director/producer and "So You Think You Dance" judge Adam Shankman, how to do her famous routine.

"I'm here to train two guys, who think they can prance, for National Dance Day on July 27th," Behrs exclaims, with her two students - dressed identical as her in Rohrback's trademark pink sweater blouse and white horse pant - standing behind her eagerly.

Behrs then leads her students through three lessons.

Lesson One, The Basic Prance Step:

"Pracercising is based on the movements of a horse, the only animal god gave perfect teeth to," Behrs explains.

Lythgoe proceeds to seemingly throw in the towel at one point during Lesson One.

Phase 2, The Hot Trot:

"When trotting, you're body should look like a newly birthed giraffe, trying to walk for the first time," she adds, upping the stakes of the rigorous physical activity.

Shankman stumbles at one point in his attempt to trot.

Part C, The Main Gallop:

"When galloping, it's important to look as Jurassic as possible," Behrs continues.

The video ends with a very special surprise for Behrs and one of her two students. You'll have to watch to find out what that is!
