“Backstreet’s back, alright!” Nick Carter, AJ Mclean, Kevin Richardson, Howie Dorough and Brian Littrell all came out to show their support for Hilarity for Charity on Thursday in Los Angeles, ready to use their musical talents for a good cause. The event benefits the National Alzheimer's Association and helps create awareness of the disease with the younger generation.
“omg! Insider” contributor Kristen Aldridge was on the red carpet and got a chance to talk to the five band members who gave some advice to boy bands One Direction and The Wanted. Nick’s words of wisdom? “Don’t give up, keep pushing for what you believe.” A.J., meanwhile, recommended that the guys always remember who it was that got them to the top, saying, “Every chance you get, sign an autograph, take the picture, because without the fans, we wouldn’t have a 20-year career.”
