Diana Ross can throw one amazing party.

The Supreme One played host as her son Evan Ross married Ashlee Simpson on Sunday at Diana's Greenwich, Connecticut, estate. The music legend also served as the wedding officiant.

The couple's Labor Day weekend nuptials came about two months after Ashlee's sister Jessica and Eric Johnson tied the knot on July 5. Those Simpson girls sure know how to celebrate a holiday weekend!

Ashlee, who wore a long-sleeve wedding gown and a headband, had her 5-year-old son, Bronx, walk her down the aisle at the bohemian-themed affair. She was accessorized with $750,000 worth of Neil Lane jewelry that complemented her engagement ring, which was designed by the jeweler. Evan wore a Dolce & Gabanna suit.

Her older sister served as maid of honor while bridesmaids, who wore heels from Jessica's eponymous line, included Simpson family pal CaCee Cobb and Evan's sisters Chudney Ross, Rhonda Ross, and Tracee Ross. Evan's groomsmen included new brother-in-law Eric and CaCee's actor husband, Scrubs alum Donald Faison. Jessica's children Maxwell, 2, and Ace, 1, served as flower girl and ring bearer.

In addition to her officiating duties, Diana Ross performed, singing "Endless Love." The wedding took place outside, but got off to a late start because it started to rain. However, a rainbow came out after the storm to the delight of the wedding-goers, who included Brandy and Diddy.

The mother of the groom told The Insider With Yahoo that the "wedding went perfectly," adding, "We had a beautiful rainbow surrounding us, loving family and friends, great music, great speeches from caring friends, and joyful children dancing the night away... Wishing Evan and Ashlee congratulations. I want only love, happiness, joy for my son and his bride."

On Friday, Ashlee's father, Joe Simpson — who officiated Jessica's wedding to Eric — posted a photo to Instagram of the scene in the affluent coastal town:

"Getting ready for Ashlee's wedding. Blessings ahead!!" he captioned the image.

Ashlee, 29, and Ross, 26, went public with their relationship in July 2013.

"I'm so in love and we've got amazing things going on," Evan told The Insider With Yahoo at the premiere of his film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in November. "And we inspire each other," he said, adding, "She's the one."

Two months later, the couple announced that they were engaged.

"The love of my life said YES!!!!!!" Evan tweeted on Jan. 13. Ashlee also took to Twitter to share the happy news:

In March, the couple of nine months celebrated their pending nuptials with an engagement party at Tina Simpson's house. People reported that the bash had a "boho-chic" vibe, and decor featured dream catchers and teepees. A live band played for attendees, which included the couple's famous families. Ashlee's son was involved in the festivities and apparently came up with the idea for guests to sport silver tribal markings.

But the festivities hardly stopped there.

Earlier this month, Jessica threw a Hawaiian-themed bridal shower at her home for her younger sister.

This is the second marriage for Simpson. She and Pete Wentz split in 2011 after 2 1/2 years of marriage. They share custody of Bronx and remain very amicable exes. As for Evan, this is the actor-musician's first trip down the aisle.
