Don't be fooled by Jessica Alba's kind smile and her down-to-earth demeanor on the red carpet. She can be a scary boss.
In a new interview with More magazine, Alba reveals that she's not always easy to please at the Honest Company. The eco-friendly brand of home and baby products that she founded in 2012 is now valued at nearly $1 billion.
"Sometimes I'm a little more iron fist than velvet glove," Alba confesses. "I'm straight to the point. I've made people cry. I have to say, 'This isn't personal. This is what needs to get done, and it's just as simple as that. And... we're not crying anymore.' I'm learning to tone myself down."
"You're not really going to make a big difference in the world if you're playing in a niche marketplace," she tells the magazine.

Everybody have exciting plans for this Tuesday night? Maybe you've got chores to get done, maybe you still haven't gotten around to Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones . Or maybe you're catching up with a friend who spent her weekend at a bachelorette party in Miami and you heard a rumor there was some skinny dipping but you're not sure and you just can't wait to hear all the details. Whatever it is, your plans are crap compared to Hilary Duff's, who is going on her very first Tinder date tonight, Tuesday, April 28, in the Year of our Lord 2015.
Duff, whose hair has been changing colors more quickly than you can swipe left on a dude who's got a photo with Ted Cruz, confirmed her plans during an interview with Sean Valentine Tueaday morning.
Well, the worst that's going to happen is that you'll have the most uncomfortable night of your life — Craigslist killing is pretty '90s — but pessimism is no way to start a new relationship!

Bill Belichick, you definitely have a keeper. At the White House Correspondents' Dinner over the weekend, the New England Patriots head coach was caught by photographers ogling Chrissy Teigen's rear end, and his date for the evening had a great reaction: Can ya really blame him?
Belichick's longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday reposted the above viral photo on Instagram with the caption, "I mean, honestly, who didn't check her out in this photo?!? I think I even looked! #prettylady." She also added the "laughing so hard you are crying" emoji and tagged Teigen's husband, John Legend, in the shot.
Holliday wasn't the only one with a great reaction to the picture. Naturally, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model got in on the fun, too:
None of the guys were looking at my ass. They were just wondering why I don't have one which is a reasonable concern.
Somehow, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and Wisconsin's Frank Kaminsky got a pass, because they were clearly taking in the view, too.
But John Legend had the best reaction of them all:

In an attempt to turn Bruce Jenner's transition into a discussion about equal pay, Star Trek Into Darkness actress Alice Eve fell directly on her face.
"Until women are paid the same as men, then playing at being a 'woman' while retaining the benefits of being a man is unfair," Eve wrote in a now-deleted post on Instagram about Bruce Jenner.
During the highly anticipated interview with Diane Sawyer that aired Friday, Jenner said that "for all intents and purposes, I am a woman" and confirmed he is going through the process of gender reassignment.
In reaction, Eve wrote, "If you were a woman no one would have ever heard of you because women can't compete in the decathlon" on Instagram. Jenner won the gold medal for the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal. It is indeed a men-only event at the Olympic Games.
"Do you have a vagina? Are you paid less than men? Then, my friend, you are a woman," Eve, who studied English at Oxford University, wrote.

How do you celebrate 20 years as one of the most popular models on the face of the planet? You take off your clothes and you get on the cover of your home country's Vogue , duh! And that's exactly what supermodel Gisele B ü ndchen did, and she shared the evidence with her followers on Instagram.
"My 20-year career celebration cover @voguebrasil. Thanks to everyone who is a part of this special edition," wrote the 34-year-old Brazilian model, while also tagging the folks who contributed to the magazine. As usual, she also wrote the same message in Portuguese.
And bonus — it isn't just Gisele's 20th career anniversary; it's the magazine's 40th birthday. Double the model magic.
The supermodel — who has been strutting her stuff since she was just 14 years old — recently retired from the runway but it's clear she doesn't nead a catwalk to turn heads. She's clearly still making plenty of statements off the runway.

If you're going to come after Kim Kardashian on her home turf (Instagram), you better not miss.
But it looks like Brody Jenner had some second thoughts about the above post, and deleted it a couple minutes after posting it. Not quickly enough, however, that it wasn't screenshot all over the internet.
Jenner uploaded the picture of himself, girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, brother Brandon, and mother Linda Thompson at a friend's wedding. The caption reads, "Look... @kaitlynn_carter and I finally get to go to a wedding together!!!" It's a clear reference to Jenner's not getting a +1 to Kardashian's Italian nuptials with Kanye West last year.
First of all, we're going to go ahead and call B.S. on the fact that the 31-year-old former star of The Hills has only been invited to two weddings in the past 11 months. We know he attended the nuptials of Kim's ex, Reggie Bush, in July, for starters.

We now interrupt Blake Lively's Instagram feed filled with colorful bouquets of flowers and yummy looking food for something we don't see often enough: shirtless Ryan Reynolds!
Lively, 27, treated her followers to some eye candy on Monday when she shared a meme of her incredibly fit husband with a cheeky message. She captioned it, "...it all started with a spider," and attributed it to Walt Disney, which is probably a nod to Disney's quote that his empire "all started with a mouse."
Reynolds is in fighting shape for the starring role he's currently filming in next year's Deadpool . The movie is based on the comic book character that Reynolds first brought to life in the 2009 flick X-Men Origins: Wolverine .
The pair wed in 2012 and welcomed their daughter, James, in December.

On the track, Carey sings about a guy who did her wrong, which pretty much leaves us with one guess as to who that could be. According to the lyrics, it doesn't sound like there is any love lost at the moment between her and the America's Got Talent host… and apparently she doesn't like Fritos, either.
"Why you mad?/ Talking about you're mad?/ Could it be that you just lost the best you've ever had?" Carey, 46, sings in the beginning. "Name hold weight like kilos/ Boy you actin' so corny like Fritos/ Wouldn't have none of that without me, though."
In the soon-to-be breakup anthem, Carey croons in the chorus, "Close the door/Lose the key/Leave my heart on the mat for me/ I was yours eternally."
Mariah, who will start her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace next month, also makes it pretty clear that she won't be getting back together with the subject of this song: "Ain’t no compliments (duh)/ Ain’t no being friends (duh)/ Ain’t no false pretense (duh)/ Ain’t no make amends (duh)/ Ain’t no come agains (duh)/ That’s the story, ain’t no happy ends."
Check out the lyric video to "Infinity" below.

Abigail Breslin had to get something off her chest. The 19-year-old August: Osage County star has spoken out in defense of fellow actress Selena Gomez's latest bathing suit snapshots.
Gomez attracted plenty of attention for pics that surfaced of her wearing a sexy one-piece bathing suit during a vacation with friends this month in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After Gomez was called "fat" in the comments, the Heart Wants What It Wants singer responded with another snapshot of her fit physique. "I love being happy with me yall #theresmoretolove," she captioned it.
"I think if we all took the time we spend making each other feel bad about ourselves and used it to make each other feel good, the world would be a better place. Oh and also if we taught girls they had more newsworthy qualities than how they fit into a bikini, we'd have a lot more happy girls."

Suki Waterhouse is hardly sitting at home while Bradley Cooper gallivants around with Irina Shayk. The 23-year-old British model was spotted grabbing dinner with James Marsden over the weekend.
Waterhouse and the X-Men: Days of Future Past actor, 41, had a three-plus hour meal with some pals at Little Door, which is quite the romantic restaurant in L.A. No word yet on the nature of the outing, but they hopped in the same car after leaving the restaurant.
Meanwhile, Bradley Cooper was across the country at the White House Correspondents' Dinner where he was once again spotted with Shayk, 29. The American Sniper star and Russian model were at the Vanity Fair-Bloomberg party not not avoiding each other. According to Page Six, they "stayed close all night" on a patio at the French ambassador’s grand residence, standing in a small circle of friends while keeping "obvious flirting to a minimum."
Not a bad way to rebound.
