  • Amy Schumer Owns Up to Past Mistakes Making Jokes on Race

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 2 hrs ago

A relatively new step in the path to stardom is enduring the "Why XYZ Is Problematic" stage, which is the one that Amy Schumer finds herself on these days.

Last week, Schumer got defensive about a piece in The Guardian which, while mostly praising the comedian, did criticize some of her jokes about race. "For such a keen observer of social norms and an effective satirist of the ways gender is complicated by them, Schumer has a shockingly large blind spot around race," Monica Heisey wrote. In a response on Twitter, Schumer used the oft-deployed, rarely well-received "it's a joke" defense.

In the days since, Schumer seems to have softened her response. On Monday, she responded on Twitter to someone asking specifically about a stand-up joke from two years ago where she'd said, "I used to date Hispanic guys, but now I prefer consensual." She wrote:

    Now that's more like it.

  • Keeping Up With Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick: A Timeline of Their Romance

Raechal Leone Shewfelt at Yahoo Celebrity 16 hrs ago

Ever since Keeping Up With the Kardashians debuted eight years ago, Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend Scott Disick has been part of the reality family. Lord Disick — as he likes to refer to himself — is the hardest-partying one among the selfie-loving family, but he's been there for most of the vacations, the red carpets, and the family dramas nonetheless.

But not anymore. After years of tolerating his antics, Kourtney has kicked out her partner of nine years and the father of her three children, following the release of photos that showed him letting loose on a yacht in the South of France, alongside his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.

They have broken up before, so there's no guarantee they won't reunite. Either way, take a look back at what's brought them to this point.

2006: Scott and Kourtney meet at the home of Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis. She later insists that she didn't fall in love right off the bat. "I just thought he was so annoying," she says on one of their shows. "He was four years younger, he lived in New York, he didn't have a job." They eventually begin dating anyway.

Do you think their love story has ended for good?

She starts by thanking those who've supported her since she came out as trans.

"The response to my new journey has been overwhelmingly positive and I’m eternally grateful for all of your sweet messages, letters, and gifts," she writes.

Jenner then makes her intentions clear, that she plans to become a voice for the marginalized within her newfound community.

  • For His Newest Role, Taylor Lautner Is... a Concert Photographer?

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 22 hrs ago

Since the end of the Twilight franchise in 2012, things have been a little slow for Taylor Lautner. His only lead film role since is in Tracers which came out quietly this year, but was shot in 2013. As any halfway decent life coach will tell you, idle time is bad for the mind. So Lautner has reinvented himself... as a concert photographer.

Lautner was photographed in in the press photographers' pen Sunday evening at the Wireless Festival in London where he was snapping pictures of David Guetta and Nicki Minaj's performance. But Lautner's publicist Allison Garman tells Yahoo that it's not a new hobby.

Lautner was taken to the press pen by the festival's security after he was "mobbed" by fans in the VIP section. There, he struck up a conversation with one of the photogs who offered to let him try his hand at concert photography.

As it were, Stewart wasn't entirely able to stick to that plan. She's currently filming an adaptation of Billy Flynn's Long Halftime Walk with Ang Lee. She's also attached to an untitled Woody Allen film that's soon to start production. Those are just two of the four movies she has coming out in 2016.

  • Justin Bieber Pal Attacked by Shark

Breanne L. Heldman at Yahoo Celebrity 1 day ago

Shark Week just got real for Justin Bieber and his friends.

After spending a week in Sydney, Australia, for the Hillsong Church conference, Justin celebrated Independence Day by posting yet another of his infamous private plane pics on Instagram. "Happy 4th," he wrote, exercising his freedom not to tell us where he, Joe Termini, and Pastor Joel Houston were headed.

Not long after, Termini shared a pic of the star in a robe getting all zen with a cigarette by a pool overlooking crystal blue waters. "On the edge of forever…" he said. Little did the "photographer/director" (according to his Instagram page) know the frightening turn this quiet, tropical vacation would take.

"Exactly why I hate sharks," Bieber shared on Instagram Monday along with a photo of Termini's torso covered in bloody tooth-mark wounds. "They told us reef sharks don't bite." Yikes!

  • Demi Lovato Takes a Nasty Tumble During Pool Party Performance

Robert Kessler at Yahoo Celebrity 1 day ago

It's a pretty good rule of thumb that a wet stage and high heels aren't a good mix. No one ever taught Demi Lovato this rule.

Lovato performed a special concert Sunday at the WaterMarke Tower in downtown Los Angeles. Her stage was a slippery death trap in the middle of a pool because, well, it looks hella cool on Instagram.

That is, when it all goes right. Which it did not.

In a video of the fall, which Lovato herself posted on Instagram, you can see her go down pretty hard on her right leg. Ever the trooper, Lovato jumps right up and hops into the pool because, frankly, no one can see you crying when you're covered in pool water.

"#NOTCoolForTheSummer," Lovato wrote on Instagram, referencing her new sapphic summer jam, "Cool for the Summer."

She also joked about the fall on Twitter, writing: "Well... It's not a tour without busting ass!!!!!!"

Since Demi made fun of herself first, we don't have to feel bad about posting this action shot of the fall in progress:

  • Channing Tatum: 'I Would've Tapped Out' During Childbirth

Raechal Leone Shewfelt at Yahoo Celebrity 5 days ago

The new movie Magic Mike XXL features star Channing Tatum baring his rock-hard abs. But he showed his softer side while opening up about his wife of nearly six years, Jenna Dewan Tatum, and their 2-year-old daughter, Everly, in a new interview with Vanity Fair.

Like many other parents, the first-time dad marveled at the birthing process.

"It was crazy," Tatum, 35, said. "You feel helpless. We like to think of ourselves as big, strong men, and we could handle whatever situation. And reality is [that women] are so much stronger than we could ever be. There's a reason why we weren't given that job, evolutionary or whatever. My wife, she's a warrior. She did it as natural as you can. [As a man], you're basically a cheerleader. 'Come on, baby, you can do it.' I would've tapped out in the first."
