If you had plans to name your future children Kylie or Kendall, you might want to consider something else. Especially if you think he or she is going to have a predilection for acting/entertainment/fashion/posing naked and becoming a viral sensation.
The Insider With Yahoo can confirm Kylie and Kendall Jenner filed for several trademarks on their respective monikers last month.
Kylie is attempting to trademark both her full name for use on items like tote bags and such, as well as just "Kylie" for " entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture; entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a celebrity, actress and model." B ack in August, the 17-year-old filed to trademark "Kylie's Lip Kit ... for The Perfect Pout," so you might want to rethink your poorly made plans for starting a business based around the masochistic #KylieJennerChallenge.

The 19-year-old daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger has left SOBA Recovery Center in Malibu, California, and will continue her treatment at home. Baldwin recently checked out of the facility after undergoing three weeks of treatment for emotional trauma, but will still participate in SOBA's programs, a source tells People.
Baldwin was recently spotted making a Starbucks run where she showed off a fresh face and new brown tresses. The formerly platinum blond looked happy and healthy.
On April 13, Ireland took to Twitter to explain she was seeking treatment and needed to "just get away for a little bit."
She added, "Someday I'll feel ready to share my story."
It was her uncle Daniel Baldwin who introduced Ireland to SOBA Recovery Center.
"I love Ireland very much. I am so proud of her for finding the courage to take these very important steps in her life," he told People . "SOBA is the best possible place for her to be."

After 13-plus years together, Amy Adams and longtime love Darren Le Gallo have finally tied the knot.
The "Big Eyes" actress, 40, and her actor-artist beau, 40, wed in a low-key ceremony in California on Saturday both Us Weekly and E! News confirm. The couple got engaged in April 2008, two years before the birth of their daughter, Aviana, who turns 5 next month.
Page Six , which first reported their plans to wed, said the ceremony would be "intimate and genuine."
The paper's source noted, "Amy and Darren had always planned on getting married, but her career has been on such an amazing trajectory, it has been hard for her to take the time out. But now she has deliberately taken some time off work to be with her family and finally get married."
Clearly, some things change.

Time sure moves fast, as Jessica Simpson is learning thanks to motherhood.
May 1 was her daughter Maxwell Drew's third birthday and Simpson marked the occasion with a gorgeous black and white photo on Instagram.
"May 1 my Maxi Drew turned 3," she captioned the pic. "I am in complete denial."
Simpson and her husband Eric Johnson threw a big party for Maxi in their backyard, the theme of which was... flamingos? pirates? pink? See if you can tell from this shot Evan Ross uploaded from the soiree.
"I was fully plugged in at my sister-in-law's baby girl's birthday today," Ross wrote. "They went all out!!!!"
Went all out on what theme exactly? Hell, it's her third birthday, she'll never remember anyway.

Case in point: Robert Downey Jr. , who walked out of an interview during the press tour for Avengers: Age of Ultron after British TV anchor Krishnan Guru-Murthy asked the actor about his "dark past" and drug use. After looking off camera for help, Downey Jr. playfully tried to dodge the topic by asking, "Are we promoting a movie?" When Guru-Murthy continued to pry, an off-camera voice was heard saying “OK” and the Avengers actor received the green light to walk out of the interview. He left the reporter flabbergasted as he abruptly said "Bye," removed his mic, and stated, "You seem OK. It's just getting a little Diane Sawyer in here."
Supermodel Naomi Campbell left an interview and knocked a camera to the floor after being questioned about an alleged blood diamond that she had been given by Charles Taylor.
Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson gave Ryan Seacrest the slip when his publicist pulled him away from the mic after the radio host asked about his love life on air.
Well done, RDJ.

"It was like you couldn't drink tequila without one of us," says Timberlake in head-to-toe green paint. "When we walked into the club, it was like everything was in slow motion. Literally. It was like we were rock stars."
So, naturally, there was lots of celebrating to be had.
But the good times ended when JT's tequila, Sauza 901, came around and was so smooth you didn't need to chase it with limes.
Last year, Timberlake sold his alcohol brand 901 (named after his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee) to liquor giant Sauza. According to Mashable, this is JT's first major effort to let the public know that he is the co-owner (and face) of Sauza 901.
And just in time for Cinco de Mayo.

We spend a lot of time focused on ways in which stars are just like us: They go grocery shopping, get married, have cellulite. But every now and then, something happens that highlights just how different their worlds are, like when one of their homes goes on sale for tens of millions of dollars — like Robert De Niro's, right now, for example. (Full disclosure: De Niro doesn't own this pricey piece of property, but he rented it for nearly two years.) But if you do happen to have a cool $39.8 million burning a hole in your pocket, this slice of De Niro-approved heaven can be all yours, according to Curbed and local ABC 7 News.
Stars are just like us… except their temporary living arrangements don't involve friends' couches.

How was your weekend? Did you hang out with your girlfriends and have a craaaazy time, downing shots into the wee hours of the night? Lorde and Jennifer Lawrence had a pretty great weekend, too — minus the crazy drunken antics — as the two of them hung out together on Sunday. Add that pairing to your list of favorite celebrity pals.
The two hung out in the NYC neighborhood NoHo (not too far from Lorde's pal Taylor Swift's pad in Tribeca), where perhaps they were dishing to each other about their respective outfits for the Met Gala. (Maybe that explains J.Law's new hair extensions.)
When a fan asked the songstress on Twitter how J.Law reacted to her presence on set, Lorde wrote:

A keen observer would note that Sofia Vergara's ex-fiancé's New York Times op-ed — where he argued for his right to bring two embryos the couple froze while they were still together to term — was perfectly timed to Vergara's press tour for Hot Pursuit . Coincidence? Maybe. (It's not.) Anyway, she was going to have to address it at some point, which she did Monday with — who else? — Howard Stern.
"There is a contract and he can't do anything," Vergara said of her legal dispute with ex-fiancé Nick Loeb. "We wrote what we wanted at the time and it's not like a contract that they give you right there at the moment that they're going to take my eggs out. You see it, you review it, and not only that, we did it two times. ... Two times and suddenly you want to change your mind?"
Meanwhile, Vergara seems to be moving full steam ahead with Joe Manganiello, to whom she's now engaged.

Several years from now, Britain's newest princess won't have to think too hard when the inevitable question comes up: "Which character from Sex and the City are you?" She's literally a Charlotte.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
Kensington Palace has confirmed that the daughter of William and Kate, born Saturday, is named Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Or if we're being formal, and what two-day-old baby doesn't prefer formalities, her full title is Her Royal Highness Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge. And what did you get, three names on your birth certificate, like some pauper?
Diana is, of course, in honor of the baby's late grandmother, Princess Diana, who was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
