Amanda Bynes has been spotted.

Although her father, Rick, said earlier this week that he and Bynes's mother, Lynn, don't know the whereabouts of their daughter, the actress has resurfaced.

Bynes — who was arrested for DUI early Sunday in L.A. — dined at Gladstone's restaurant at Los Angeles International Airport at about 11 p.m. Thursday, according to reports.

A bystander told E! that the 28-year-old "sat down at a booth, which is normally reserved for groups," the source noted. "They let her stay at the booth because she was Amanda Bynes and they knew her history. She asked for extra napkins before she even placed an order.

"Amanda was at the table by herself with all her makeup spread out across the table. She was talking to herself and putting on a ton of makeup. She would apply some, look in her compact and make weird pouty faces and they say to herself, 'OK, that looks fine."

Though Bynes has long been rumored to have psychiatric issues, her attorney has shot them down. The source at LAX said Bynes sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes and ordered coconut shrimp and a Shirley Temple.

"She was very coherent in the way she spoke to the staff," the source continued. "Amanda said she was heading home to New York because she had an apartment there. She didn't seem like she was on drugs or anything, because she talked very normal. But her mannerisms told a different story. She was really fidgety and really sloppy in the way she ate her food.

"When she got up to leave, she practically bolted out of there. She had a really weird gait to her, she was power walking with posture like a pregnant woman. It was bizarre."

In fact, the Easy A star arrived in NYC on Friday morning. She was photographed wearing a Band-Aid on her face and looking disheveled.

Bynes is due in an L.A. court for her second DUI on Oct. 23.
